Last fall needed brakes repaired. And have been going here for for many years, so I offered my business for return of a ride home and to be picked up , as I'm have health problems that involve the use of my legs . So I am in some discomfort walking, and the old management never had any problems with it . As I live only five minutes away by car fifteen when I never had my leg problems, always paid my bills, And spent a lot of money on different vehicles, over the years. When I showed there was only one person to serve customers as the boss lady had stepped out. But I had given her all my information, and even used the internet, left the same on it . So we had agreed I'd drive it there , as it wasn't far and I drove for a living b-4 retirement. Then they would take me home . Well the boss showed up just as it was my turn with guy sitting behind his computer . She was going take me , but I was curious about what kind of guy they were hiring. And I found out , he began by asking me the same questions I already had answered twice . And I know he was just reading my answers in front of him. While I stood there with my aching legs. Plus he seemed to think that my asking for simple maintenance work should be reviewed , like there are a lot of choices. I was here for the brakes and only threw it in as they were going to be keeping my vehicle for a couple of days and while it was on the hoist ,it used to be acceptable to do that. So I called him on that, and soon was insulting with my best non swearing that I could . But it got worse when I informed him I needed a ride home. And ended asking for my keys to my vehicle back. The was listening and confirmed our arrangement. And while he was waiting for someone to come to drive me in his own vehicle. He asked me why I couldn't take a taxi . I was ready to kill this guy and the manager wasn 't much help. The ride with the kid he gave me was a nightmare and lasted longer then it should have. After two days they still hadn't fixed the brakes , but gave me a fake oil change (confirmed by Canadian tire that nothing had been done). And wanted to keep it over the weekend, even though they are closed. After I told them why that was unacceptable, a mechanic showed up with it by touching up the brake fluid. And said since it wasn't very far he'd walk back. They rarely kept me informed about the situation ,but always promised they would. Then had the nerve to call me asking me to pay my bill for the fake oil change. When I did I checked the oil and found it dark and muddy and as I hadn't been to any place about brakes. I asked the same person as b-4 about it when I went there to pay up my bill . Boss lady had stepped out again. He first had to inform me what a great person he was. then lied about why the fluid was dark. So I paid up and left before I said anything nasty. Thus I give them one star for anybody that has to work with these idiots.
First time visiting these guys as my usual shop had to close. Pretty pleased with them even though I ended up spending way more than I had originally thought - but that was due to way more work required than I originally thought. All work was explained to me + cheaper options offered where available. Importantly - work was done on short notice. Most importantly, the car held up on a summer road trip with no issues.
I wanted to update a 6 year old review. Under new ownership but still receiving excellent service! I have been going here for decades. The team of mechanics are excellent and Dean who usually works on my car does a great job. They are honest, friendly and hard working.. I have always been satisfied with their work. They take care of my car problems in a timely manner and never fix anything that doesn't need doing. Their estimates are always accurate. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
Took my mom’s car there for brakes, they got it in as soon as they could (Christmas holidays) but had the car completed really quickly, and really good price. Dealer wanted a fortune, and 3-4 weeks to get “the last part in Canada” in. Will definitely bring Rob and his team the car again!! Thanks again
For years the owners Gary and Wayne have always gone out of their way to take care of our family. They only charge for the work that is required and sometimes they don't even charge for that!!!!Can they miss something, sure, but they are human and working on used vehicles. I assure you they will alway make it right.I believe the reason Dynamic Auto is so successful is not because of how good they are at repairing vehicles, but how terrific they are with their customers!!!!!Keep up the great work 🙂
